Responsibilities of a Nurse Supervisor:
- Work closely with the center’s Director of Nursing & Nursing team.
- Coordinate care for residents and patients in a long-term care and skilled nursing / sub-acute rehab center.
- Provide oversight and management of clinical floor staff.
Qualifications for a Nurse Supervisor:
- Clear and active RN Licensure in the state of practice required.
- One (1 ) years nursing experience required.
- Prior Long-Term Care nursing experience or clinical leadership experience from another healthcare setting strongly preferred.
